1. Parties and acceptance

1.1. Provider: Maksim Tsiarnouski (TuckBook), Individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor), USA, address California, USA (the “Provider”).

1.2. The TuckBook service is available at tuckbook.app. The User is a person with legal capacity who registers an account or pays for the service.

1.3. Acceptance of this offer is the separate consent checkbox at registration and/or payment for a selected package. The User must read the current version before paying.

2. The service

2.1. The Provider offers automated generation of personalized children's stories with illustrations and a PDF. Narration is being developed as a separate feature and is not part of the current result.

2.2. The result is created with artificial-intelligence technology and becomes available online and/or in the personal library. “Short story” and “Evening story” without a child likeness use 1 story credit; “Big adventure” uses 2 credits. A book with the child's likeness uses credits with a 3.0× multiplier; the final cost is shown before generation starts and is fixed for that book.

2.3. Generation usually takes a few minutes. It may take longer because of load or the availability of external AI providers.

3. Plans and payment

3.1. Package contents, validity period, number of credits and the exact price in Telegram Stars (XTR) are shown on the “Plans” page before an order is placed.

3.2. Online payment for a digital plan is a one-off charge in Telegram Stars. The same exact price is shown before the invoice is confirmed in Telegram. Telegram processes the payment under its own rules; TuckBook neither receives nor stores card details.

3.3. The “Start” package is not a subscription. Plans marked “for 31 days” do not renew automatically either: a new period is purchased separately.

3.4. A paid period or package is activated only after a confirmed Telegram webhook. If the amount, currency or identifier does not match, the payment goes to manual review.

3.5. Card payment is under development. Until it launches, Telegram Stars is the only available payment method.

4. User rights and rules of use

4.1. The User may read, download and print the created books for personal and family non-commercial use.

4.2. The User undertakes not to submit unlawful material, personal data without a legal basis, or requests to use third-party characters and brands in breach of third-party rights.

4.3. The User is responsible for the input data, photographs and voice samples they voluntarily upload, and confirms the right to use them.

5. Specifics of AI-generated content

5.1. Automatically created text, images or audio may contain artistic inaccuracies. A parent should review the result before reading it to a child.

5.2. The service does not provide medical, psychological, educational or other professional services. The stories are for family reading and do not replace professional advice.

6. Failure, cancellation and refund

6.1. The service for a specific book begins when generation starts. Before it starts, the request may be canceled without spending a credit.

6.2. If a book is not created because of a technical failure, the credit is restored; the monetary refund procedure is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Liability and availability

7.1. The Provider maintains the service and reasonable security measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of external platforms, hosting, a future payment provider or AI providers.

7.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a specific order is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not limit the User's non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Personal data

8.1. Data is processed with separate consent and in accordance with the Personal Data Policy.

9. Governing law and changes

9.1. The relationship between the parties is governed by: Law of the State of California, USA. Mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence continue to apply where applicable.

9.2. A new version applies to orders placed after its publication. A package already paid for is not reduced retroactively.
